This Help provides brief answers to frequently asked questions and descriptions of the tasks you can do on each page within Baker's public website, including how to find the right project for you, how to find details on that project, how to register for it, and how to contact an agent by e-mail.Click the following links for guidelines about each of Baker's web pages:

Additional Functions for Agents
If you are a Baker Realty Partner, you can access extra functions such as viewing bulletins, model details, and the ability to place a condo on hold. You can log in by clicking the Login link located at the top of the screen, then enter your e-mail address and password. To become a Baker Realty Partner, click the For Agents link and submit your information; the system will e-mail your temporary password right away and you will be asked to change it when you log in for the first time.

Frequently Asked Questions
A: Go to the CONDOS & TOWNHOMES page and review Projects at a Glance or scroll down to see a list of All Projects. To search all Baker properties using specific criteria such as price range and size, click search projects (just below the title). The PROJECT SEARCH page will open where you can define your criteria.

Q: How do I find out what condos are available around the world?
A: Go to the INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES page and review the Projects at a Glance section or scroll down to see a list of All Projects.

Q: How can I see floor plans?
A: Go to the PROJECT DETAILS page by clicking the project you are interested in and click one of the Available Models that appear in the list on the right pane. A floor plan will open in printable PDF format.

Q: How do I register for more information?
A: Go to the PROJECT DETAILS page by clicking the project you are interested in and click register for project (just below the title). The PROJECT REGISTRATION page will open where you can complete your contact information and the Projects of Interest section. Don't forget to select Create Account for access to expanded functionality on Baker's website.

Q: Why should I create an account?
A: If you create an account, you will be able to log in and view expanded information about models, which units have been made available for purchase over the web, and pricing information. You can also place a hold (with your credit card) on available units and track the approval process.

Q: What if I just want to talk to someone without registering?
A: Go to the CONTACT page for Baker's head office address, phone and fax numbers, languages spoken, and e-mail contact information. To contact an agent regarding a specific project, go to the PROJECT DETAILS page by clicking the project you are interested in and click contact an agent. Enter your contact information and a Baker agent will respond as soon as possible.

Q: Can I buy a unit online? How?
A: You can "place a hold" online by using your credit card and a Baker agent will review your application and contact you as soon as possible. But first, you have to register for the project and create an account (see above), then you log into the expanded functions of Baker Public website. For more details on placing a hold, please log into your Baker Public Web account and click Help.

Q: How do I buy a resale home?
A: Contact one of Baker's sales reps and fill out a Home Search Info Form on the RESIDENTIAL RESALES page and Baker will guide you the rest of the way.

Q: Do you have any special functions for agents?
A: Yes. Go to FOR AGENTS and complete the agent registration form. Once you are in our system, you will be notified about sales events, upcoming properties and special offers. By completing the Projects of Interest section, you will receive all pertinent marketing materials on an ongoing basis.

Q: How do I enter phone numbers? Are there formatting restrictions?
A: When you enter phone numbers, there are standard formatting rules you need to follow. There are certain characters that are allowed and validation rules that the system follows. Here are some examples of phone numbers that the system will accept.

Home
- Baker's home page features a slide show of highlighted Baker projects. You can return to specific images by clicking the small numbers located within each image.
- You can review a summary of all the pages on this website by scrolling down to the Site Overview within the Welcome to Baker Real Estate section. Click the headings to go to the corresponding page.
- You can learn more about specific projects by clicking a project in the Projects at a Glance section, located on the right hand side of the screen. This takes you to a PROJECT DETAILS page that contains details such as websites, building locations, available models, extras, and more.
- You can search for a specific project using search criteria such as price range or suite size, by clicking search projects, located under the projects at a glance. This takes you to the PROJECT SEARCH page.
- You can view a list of all Baker projects by clicking view all projects, located under the projects at a glance. This takes you to the CONDOS & TOWNHOMES page.
- You can read current news releases by clicking the titles within the Current News section, located on the bottom right hand side of the screen. All news releases are archived, so you can search for current and past news items by typing part or all of keywords from titles in the search field. This takes you to the NEWS page.
- The Baker home page features a Purchasing History section that lists project information regarding units you have placed on hold, including their status and downloadable files.
- If you click a Project link, the PROJECT DETAILS page opens with
a list of Available Models
located on the right hand side of the screen, which you can select for
more details.
- If you select a unit number, the UNIT SALE page opens, which
features the details of the sale, including Unit Information, Buyer
Information, and Sale Information.

Project Details
This page appears when you click a project link.- This page features an Overview section
which provides high level information about the project, a Gallery section with images of the
project, and an Additional Information
section with more details on location, extras and contact information
for even more details.
- You can review current models available for sale, as listed on the right hand side of the screen.
- You can search for another project on the PROJECT SEARCH page by
clicking back to search,
located directly under the main heading.
- You can register for the project on the PROJECT REGISTRATION page
by clicking register for project,
located directly under the main heading.
- You can contact an agent by e-mail by clicking contact an agent, located directly under the main heading.
- This page features a list of Available Models located on the right hand side of the screen. For logged in agents, each model in the list is a link to the MODEL DETAILS page.

MODEL DETAILS
This page is only available to partner agents and appears when you select an available model.- This page features the following sections:
- Overview: Select the project to open the PROJECT DETAILS page or select the Floor Plan to download the floor plan for this model.
- Available Units: Select a unit number to open the UNIT DETAILS page, which features the details of the sale, including Unit Information, Buyer Information, Sale Information, and the ability to place a hold on the unit.
- Contracts + Forms: Download contracts and forms available to support sales.
- Available Models: Select another model to display its details in the MODEL DETAILS page.

Unit DETAILS
This page is only available to partner agents and appears when you select an available unit.- This page features the Online Hold function, Overview details including suite size and number of bedrooms, Additional Information, including extras and notes, as well as Contracts + Forms for download and other Available Models.
- To place a unit on hold, click Place
Hold, which takes you to the PLACE HOLD page.

Place Hold
This page is only available to
partner agents and appears when you click Place Hold.- This page features the following sections:
- Unit Information: Review
the unit details and enter any extra Parking Spots or Storage Lockers
taken.
- Buyer Information: Enter
relevant information into the appropriate fields
- Credit Card Information: Enter the buyers credit card number and expiry date.
- Place Hold: Enter
any pertinent notes, review all the content on the page, and then click
Submit. You can also click Reset to clear the information on
the screen. A confirmation screen will appear, providing a contact
phone number; click OK. This
takes you back to the HOME page where you will see the pending purchase
in the Purchase History
section.

Project Search
This page appears when you click a 'search projects' link.- This page features a search engine that enables you to refine your search for a Baker project based on any combination of the following criteria: price range, suite size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, development type, status, location, and country.
- Once you've selected criteria and you click Submit, a results page will appear
where you can choose to revise your search, select a project
(this takes you to the PROJECT DETAILS page), or register for a project
(this takes you to the PROJECT REGISTRATION page).
- You can learn more about popular projects scrolling down and clicking a project in the Projects at a Glance section. This takes you to a PROJECT DETAILS page that contains details such as websites, building locations, available models, extras, and more.
- You can learn more about buying a condominium by browsing the valuable links provided in the Other Resources section, located on the right hand side of the screen.
- You can view a list of all Baker projects by clicking view all projects, located directly under the main heading. This takes you to the CONDOS & TOWNHOMES page.

Project Registration
This page appears when you click a 'register for project' link.- This page features a registration form that is designed for
people who want to learn more about a project or property in the
interest of buying a unit in the near future. Upon completing the form
and clicking Submit, the
information is sent to Baker head office and an agent will reply to the
registrant as soon as possible.
- You can view a list of all Baker projects by clicking view all projects, located directly under the main heading. This takes you to the CONDOS & TOWNHOMES page.

Condos & Townhomes
- You can access project details such as project-specific websites,
building location, available models, and extras by clicking a project
in the Projects at a Glance
section or by scrolling down and clicking on a project within the All Projects section. This takes you
to the PROJECT REGISTRATION page.

Residential Resales
- This page features an Overview of the residential resales
services Baker offers to its customers. You can complete Home Search
Info form that is designed for people who want sell their current home.
Upon completing the form and clicking Submit, the information is sent
to Baker head office and an agent will reply to the resales customer as
soon as possible.
- You can contact Baker sales directly by e-mail or by telephone, using the contact information provided.
- You can view all of Baker's contact information by clicking full contact list on the left or Contact Us on the right hand side of
the screen in the Useful Links section. This takes you to the CONTACT
page.
- You can learn more about Baker's corporate background by clicking About Baker on the right hand side of the screen. This takes you to the ABOUT BAKER page.

Agents are asked to complete the registration form, providing their professional information and interests.

This page is only available to partner agents- To enter this page, the system asks you to re-enter your password.
- This page features the following sections:
- Your Password: Update your password and test it's strength using the scale provided,.
- Your Information: Update your user profile by first clicking Edit on the bottom of the screen, entering your changes, and then clicking Save.
- Projects of Interest:
Modify the projects for which you want receiving marketing material by
first clicking Edit on the
bottom of the screen, updating your selection, and then clicking Save.

View Bulletin
This page is only available to partner agents- If Baker has any news bulletins they want to share with partner agents, they will appear in this dialog box.
- To scroll through unread bulletins, click Prev. Unread or Next Unread, and then click Mark as Read.
- To scroll through all bulletins, click Next or Prev., and then to exit, click Close.
